Highland Hootenanny 2025 – Terms & Conditions
Effective as of July 1, 2025
By making a donation to Exceptional Futures in exchange for admission to the 2025 Highland Hootenanny, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Event Access and Donations
Admission to the Highland Hootenanny on Friday, October 3, 2025 in Smyrna, Georgia, is granted through a non-refundable donation to Exceptional Futures. No physical tickets will be issued; your donation and registration details serve as confirmation. - Weather Policy and Rescheduling
The event will take place rain or shine. In the case of rain, the show will proceed. If weather conditions become unsafe, the event may be rescheduled, and a new date will be shared with all registrants via email. No refunds will be issued if a guest cannot attend the rescheduled date. - Cancellation and Refunds
All donations are final and non-refundable, regardless of scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend. In the rare event the show is canceled without rescheduling, all proceeds will still benefit Exceptional Futures. - What to Bring
This is a backyard concert. Guests are recommended bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating, but is not required. While appetizers and drinks will be provided, you may also bring a cooler with your own food and beverages. Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and over; all alcohol consumption is at your own risk. Please drink responsibly. - Seating and Capacity
Seating is first-come, first-served. Once the lawn fills, standing-room-only areas will be available. Early arrival is encouraged. - Photography and Media Release
By attending, you consent to be photographed or recorded for use in promotional or archival materials by Exceptional Futures and event organizers. Please notify staff upon arrival if you prefer not to appear in photos or video. - Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. Exceptional Futures, the event organizers, and property owners are not responsible for injuries, illness, lost items, or other personal damages during the event. - Code of Conduct
This is a family-friendly, inclusive event. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. - Food & Beverage Liability
Guests are responsible for their own food and drink consumption, including items brought from home. Exceptional Futures is not liable for allergic reactions, illness, or injuries related to food, drink, or alcohol. All alcohol consumption is at your own discretion. - Questions
