What is the Parent Summit?
Exceptional Futures is pleased to announce a program for parents facing eventual transfer of guardianship. Programming for this event will be split into two tracks:
- Parents who have a plan to transfer guardianship in the future, but want coaching to make sure plans are feasible & complete
- Parents who may not have a next-generation guardian identified or available and need help figuring it out
You'll hear from experts in guardianship law, special needs trusts and financial planning, residential options, quality of life choices, and more.
